these terms govern your use of waterkave.com and any purchase you make from it. the site is operated by Kave Industries Inc. ("waterkave," "we," "us"). by using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

eligibility. you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.

orders. placing an order is an offer to buy. we may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it's placed, including if a product is mislisted, out of stock, or priced in error. if we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full. all prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order.

products. we describe ONE WASH as accurately as we can. we make no representation or claim about the product beyond what appears on its label and product page. always read the label. ONE WASH is a body and hands wash for external use only. discontinue use if irritation occurs.

subscriptions. when you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel. you can skip or cancel anytime before your next charge from your account. we send a reminder before each renewal. cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already shipped.

text messaging. if you opt in to our SMS program, the following mobile terms apply.

KAVE Industries Inc

The KAVE Industries Inc mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by KAVE Industries Inc (“KAVE Industries Inc”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to KAVE Industries Inc’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KAVE Industries Inc through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with KAVE Industries Inc. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18557485948 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other KAVE Industries Inc mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.

shipping and risk. we ship to addresses within the united states. risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. if an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right per our refund policy.

returns and refunds. returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

payments. payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. you agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you're authorized to use it.

acceptable use. you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

intellectual property. the waterkave name, wordmark, logos, product designs, text, and images on this site are owned by Kave Industries Inc. and protected by law. you may not copy, use, or reproduce them without our written permission.

third-party links. the site may link to third-party sites or services we don't control. we're not responsible for their content or practices.

disclaimer of warranties. the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the non-excludable consumer guarantees under federal and state law.

limitation of liability. to the fullest extent permitted by law, Kave Industries Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

indemnification. you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kave Industries Inc. from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

governing law. these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

changes to these terms. we may update these terms at any time. the current version always lives on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
